This is looking out across the ocean to Molokini (Thanks Julie!) right off the coast of Maui. I believe this was taken at Big Beach. This is Megen playing in the water, which she obviously loved!

To help you a little with where you were, since you said remembering was a little difficult. This is Big Beach, and just North of it is Little Beach which is a Nude Beach. Did you go there? That crater is Molokini which is supposed to be one of the best snorkeling spots in the world.
