Hey Paul, I grew up here. There are only a few high schools in CA that are on the beach and MB is one of them. We used to run on the beach for PE, surf at lunch. It was a great place to grow up, a little slow though. I still have family and friends in MB and go up there several times a year. I know what you mean about that wind. In the spring time it HOWLS through there. Actually they are trade winds. A little triva for ya.
