Paul - I took the antithesis of this picture today, after viewing this great image last night. I was driving to work, it was raining, and I was behind the dirtiest truck in the city of Atlanta.

You said it Paul .. the year of the camera! It sure has taken over my life these days ... LOL ... but I love it! You're gallery is my inspiration and motivation to keep on finding new and original photo opportunities. This project has been better than any photography class for me ... love it! This image is a definitely winner ... what an original and fantastic idea! There's so much to see ... awesome!

Paul, first of all - fantastic image, and I TOTALLY second Chris Brooker's comments about your incredible daily standard. You're a terrific inspiration and the perfect team captain for the rest of us! :) Very well done, very creative - and a technically superb shot.

Second, you are SO right on with the comments you made about this Picture a Day project! It's definitely become "the year of the camera" for me, too. And your comment about all of the images you take each day only counting for ONE picture?? MAN, is that ever true!! Especially if you've made a pact with yourself NOT to go digging in the "picture archives" to find something to post for today's picture!! LOL

You are too kind, Chris! I will always remember this year of my life as being the year of the camera. Not a day goes by where the camera isn't at the center. It's quite frustrating sometimes! I'm really running low on ideas of what to shoot each day. Even when I do something elaborate like a model shoot, or a long drive, a concert, or whatever, it just counts for ONE picture, then I'm back to wondering what to photograph for the next day!
