Snake In Mouth Panel

This has a lot of the typical elements found in Barrier Canyon Style paintings. We have unusual looking anthropomorphs, snakes, fanciful creatures, and lines (rakes). The image above the anthropomorphs appears to be a cloud and the rakes appear to represent rain. Could the main anthropomorph be a rain shaman? In many ways this panel reminds me of the Head of Sinbad panel which also seems concerned with rain. The humanlike form with birds head emanating from the hand of the figure may be a spirit helper or a representation of shamanic transformation.
