Mimosa Trees, Buffet Table for Birds

Both species of kinglets were gorging themselves on insects too small to be seen easily until I photographed them with a macro lens. They were not dormant insects, as I suspected, but very active. The adults with wings were only about 1/16" in length and they flew off when disturbed. The others, much smaller, may be nymphs of the same insect. I wish I had an ID and welcome suggestions.
