The injured male was not seen from May 30 until June 6. He had been presumed deceased, so his reappearance was a wonderful surprise. He seems to be able to perch and exercise his right leg. Yesterday he was seen attempting to preen with it. He was at the scrape today and flying well, although his right leg continues to dangle. I wasn't able to catch a photo of him today.
