This knife was designed by the one and only Jody Samson. It originally came with the leather sheath shown in the picture, which has a clip on the reverse side.

I have enjoyed viewing your beautiful collection of knives. I found this by searching for information on a Pacific Cutlery knife that I have had for almost 20 years.
It is marked with the Pacific Cutlery and Butterfly (Balisong) logos on the right side of the blade and with a lion's head and the word Samson on the left. The blade is a little over 5 inches and is of course stainless steel. The handle is of black micarta and the whole unit is shaped much like this boot knife, only much heavier.
