Andean Flicker on Puya Raimondi spike.

What possessed me to hike out into the puna without the 80-400 lens I don't know.
Actually, I do. I'd planned to make wide scenics with a 17-35 lens. It wasn't long before I
spotted this Andean flicker calling loudly from the top of a Puya Raimondi flower spike, and I was
scrambling to connect a 70-200 and a 1.4x teleconverter.
