The second floor balcony of the Club Andino Hotel in Huaraz provided an excellent platform for
viewing and photographing many of the high peaks in the Cordillera Blanca. It was very easy to
frame photos so as to eliminate any traces of the city that was very much a part of the overall
view. This photo was done as a "reality" shot ... a "what-it-really-looked-like" image from that
same balcony.
