I photographed this little girl outside her adobe home on Cerro Callacpuma. She was very shy and
hiding in her mother's skirts, but at the same time, was looking up with curiosity trying to figure
out who I was. Although it may be difficult to see in this reduced version, I did a double take
when I saw my own reflection in her eyes upon first viewing the photograph.
