WOW!! My Dad moved us there in 1977. He became the Super there. I too remember Sally and Tilly. They were great God bless them. We lived there until 1990. Sure miss home.

I MOVED THERE AROUND 1973,,THEN MY FATHER BECAME YHE SUPT. OF THE BUILDING , I REMEMBER WHE YOUR MOM AND DAD CAME TO RENTE THE APT. 2F.YES THEY WHERE THE LAST TO LEAVE .MY FAMILY AND I LOVE THEM VERY MUCH. THEY VERY NICE......

Hey Manny, What year did you move in? I moved in around December 1977 and we moved out 1980. I lived in apt. 2F. I remember Sally who was an Irish senior woman and Tilly who was a Jewish senior woman who were there for years. Those were the days (for me that is)

This was my building. I lived there whih my family from about 1970 to 1976. I have so many very fond memories there. I met my husband while living there. We have been married now for 36 years. He lived on monroe ave. which was just a few blocks away. My daughter was born on cresent and 176st. My husband and i lived there for a year and half, then moved to riverdale. We have lost touch with all our childhood friends, it's been great to look back and remember all those special people who will always have a place in our hearts.
