Hmm, maybe you knew the "Liptons?" They lived on that side between the late 60's and mid 70's if I am not mistaken... Mr. Lipton was my teacher at CES 64 and Penny Lipton, was friends with my sister!

I climbed these stairs every day to the second floor. Moved to 1631 when I was about 13 months old, Left when I got out of the Army in 1969.
