I knew Wally in the 60s when a bunch of us road motorcycles, but never saw him play. He was one of Kingston's characters like Chuck Grey, Ronny Laking, Jeff Mason, and others. The good old days..

I knew wally at qecvi. We were in the same class.He was older than I was, but he was a very nice guy. As time went on in Kingston our paths would cross in various establishments around the city and he would come over and say hello. He joined a group of guys who loved motorcycles , but never stopped being a nice guy.Such a lover of life and a very nice person.Kingston is missing him.

Wally is dead. I was browsing the internet today and found this. Wally and I used run wild with our Harleys many years ago with a motorcycle club I wont mention here. I remember Wally like it was yesterday. Though we drifted apart over the years he still left an impression on me. Two persons who left an impression on my life were Wally and Chuck Grey! Rock on Wally!

i wil miss him, a lot. it is hard for me to deal with the fact that he is gone. i loved him very much. life will not be the same with out him.

wally was the best covin I have ever had he was their when i needed a hug and he will sadly be miss by me. I will always rememberhim forever in my heart. he treated me like i was a somebody. i will miss you wally when i go down town. and i don't see you in frame shop pn princess and Montreal street god bress you.

I was talking to my mother on the phone. Wally High is dead. My heart plunged. So young, so talented. He was a pillar to the Kingston music scene - not to mention the charities he supported - the "Joe Show" and various others. Although I did not know him very well, I was always welcome at his house, anytime. He had a big heart - and i want people to know this. Not to do so would be an insult to his memory. Wally did not die in vain. He was fair-minded, and, most of all, a fierce friend. I am happy to have known him. The best I can say is "So long, you are in my heart, and there you will stay".

great pictures of a good guy.....played alot of football against Wally in high school..then we would hit the local high school dance scene together
