This is a "shout-out" to Matt, from a friend and former guitar student of his ... I'm so sorry, that I did not know of this event, or I would have come from Toronto in order to add my love & support for Wally, too. I found out about Wally's passing in May 2009. At the time, I was visiting an ex-Kingston resident and friend, who now lives in Victoria, B.C. Her son told me the sad news. He was just one of the many street-kids that Wally had befriended and helped.. in the early 90's. These photos brought back many fond memories of these musicians, who participated in this show. I'm glad that Wally was surrounded by so many friends, at the time. I remember, once working with Matt as a "stage manager" and occasionally as an "audio engineer", during one of the many fundraisers at AJ's Hanger. Matt, you look great man!
