nice rack!!!!! do you rub 'em first??? i rub mine a day before, then on a slow grill, turning them many times, sopping with white or cider vinegar with a splash of tamari and wortchester. takes about an hour 15 to hour and a half.
and i'm gonna look into that DS-70EC conversion. i got a etx 90 model M from ebay with a good tripod delivered for 250.
