I'm new to Astrophotography and the Austindamastronomers. I have a LX90 and Canon Rebel EOS D300 with all adapters and a wedge. Could you give me some idea on what I would need to begin photographing the Sun? I would appreciate your advice.

you don't happen to know if you can burn your lense from lookin at the sun too long? i just ordered the CrystalVue LX8x32 (nearly the same as what you got) and stuff like this would be excellent to play with! i especially dig your sun-shots, very nice! :)
