Here is a puzzle for y’all.

This site lists the Western Reserve Roughriders (of Collins OH), as a football opponent of Bloomfield Hills, MI. This was in 1965.

I remember that Dave Stoffer had us play down in Dover OH, which is several hours away. I think we had one other oddball game some distance away too. This was in ’63 and ’64. But I sure don’t remember anything about a Michigan game. Am I misinterpreting something? Perhaps there is a simple answer, and I just don’t get it. Maybe only essential varsity players went. Anyhow, the score was 26-0 against us. Anyone remember this game? Just food-for-thought.
