Mike is showing good form. This is another hard-to-do photograph. One only has a couple of milliseconds to get the perfectly timed shot - or it is lost forever. Nowadays we can just throw the cameras into 'motor drive', and pick out the shot we want. Actually, it is more complex than that, but you get the idea.
