This is one of the earliest color photographs found in WR yearbooks(1963-1964). It's a wonderful picture, and has intense colors that jump out at you.

Mr. Bement took a lot of the school photos, so these are all credited to him. Thank goodness for photography - as so much would be lost without it. Memory can be so fleeting.

Someone told me that Ellen passed away some time ago. I'm not sure of that, so don't quote me. Maybe a Wakemanite will let me know for certain.

Linda Gerber-Fredrick just passed away. This is in March of 2004.
