I like this picture but I also feel like I've seen something similar before. However you did make it original by making it black and white and having the water droplets on the leaf. Suggestion: To move around the flower and see what the other angles looked like. Elements of compositions are simplicity, texture, and rule of thirds. I like the balance of light and shadow between the flower and leaf. Overall I get a great impression from this picture. Megan
I like how you decided to edit your picture to make it black and white. The color gives the photo a depressing mood, even though it is a picture of a rose. I also like how you can see water droplets on the petals of the flower. I think you could have waited for the light to cast a brighter shadow on the rose. You used good elements of composition, such as rules of thirds, it is simple of understand that the rose is your main subject in the photo.
