Richard Lee Mann was the second of two children born to Robert Thomas Mann & his wife Hazel Alice Merrill Mann. He was born in Lincoln, Lancaster County Nebraska. He married twice. He married first Donna Lee Dungan, on 26 June 1956 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Together they would have one child. On 11 December 1959 in Lincoln, Lancaster County Nebraska Richard married Sarajane Coatney. Together this couple would have two children. Richard died on 02 September 1971 & is buried in Lincoln Memorial Park, Lincoln, Lancaster County Nebraska.
