Cecil passed away 31 October 2008. The above picture was taken from his online obituary. I have a sneaking suspicion that Niram was actually, Adoniram, but I've no way of proving that now, and never will. Cecil was the 7th of nine children & the 6th son born to, Austin Newton St. Clair and his wife, Vera Constance [MARKS] St. Clair, in Dollarville, Luce MI on 16 August 1921. On 17 October 1940 in Newberry, Luce, MI he married, Lila Nearing, and together this couple would share three children.
