interestingly enough this was one of my top choices for the same reason. it feels kind of like the legal system when your an outsider.
Id prefer it without the flowers in someways but they add a nice sense of scale.

This wall is smack in the middle of downtown Los Angeles, taken at lunch time on a weekday. As usual, there's nobody here; that always seems so strange to me. I submitted this photo for it's simplicity.
