The crux section is pretty much the first part of the climb.

It's only about 75 feet of steep class three. No rope necessary, but the downclimb does take a little bit of care. The remainder of the climb is all in the 60 - 70 degree range. There's a lot of sand and loose rock on the route so there are frequent cries of "ROCK!" and a constant fusillade coming down from above (and it gets worse on the downclimb).
