It may be hard to see in an image but I was trying hard to take a fun photo with my mom the day after back surgery and it was difficult. I could'nt do any more of a twist than that and I could only stand for a few moments. Walking around looked much like an older person in a rest home. She's pointing at my wound but it's not easy to see due to the patch on the back.
