After a very harsh ending to Autumn 2005, we suddenly found incredibly mild weather as winter began.
We have had little snow and a lot of rain with near-record-breaking cloud cover.
I was in Holland Michigan during the end of 2005 when I decided to search for a beach a friend told me about. It's pretty boring but I liked this scene.
The big point is that there was little snow or ice even though we had record snow-fall three weeks earlier. Here it is.
