Karl shoots with me quite a bit either as an assistant or as a 2nd shooter. I expect he'll take some primary roles soon but he came along on a shoot where he was the lighting tester.
We took one shot as a test and I love it. I put the hue saturation adjustment layer on 100% with 0 saturation and then did a black and white treatment
using Channel Mixer at +60, +25, +40, -10 monochrome and eased it back to about 50% for some good black and white balance.
No other editing necessary.
