Some editing was done beginning with an effect similar to Greg Gorman's B+W technique
then doing some shadow/highlight work and then placing the original image over the top with a switched layer mode and opacity.
Shot with large softbox directly over the top and slight light below and on the background.
Over-exposed above metering by about 1.5 stops
