I'm not a fan of snakes -- at all! With that said, when my wife spotted this in the yard, we didn't know what kind it was so I took these photos and comped them together. You'll see it eating a tiny toad -- it ticked me off because these toads get rid of the spiders that my wife hates. Long story short, I was on my stomach not too far from this snake and when looking through the camera I wasn't so freaked out but when looking at it naturally, I was a wimp.
