I decided that before the summer slipped away me and my friend Rick, from Vegas,
should try getting some kayak time in Lake Michigan.
It was getting late and the waters were calm but as we were unpacking the boats
I saw this sky beyond the dune so I pulled out what was my 3 day old camera and shot this hand-held.
I wish I would've used a tripod since it's a bit blurry but the colors of Lake Michigan that night are pretty special for the mid-west.
