At a heavy traffic crosspoint close to the Meenakshi Temple those old dolls in this old shop always pulled my attention.

This old shop is famous for selling sandal paste, used to mark the forehead of so many religous Hindus, the mark with sandal is called Sandanam here in Tamil Nadu.
