Wow! Thanks for the comment Jorge! That other fellow there is our brother Raj, who we lost in Grenada some time after that photo. He was a fantastic soldier and a great guy to hang around with too. It's amazing to have the small brotherhood of the Airborne lead to chance encounters like this. Thanks for your service and know that in this photo you are seen flying with a soldier's soldier who gave his last measure of devotion to the cause.

I just found this site and I must say you have some excellent pictures of this Op. As a side note that is me behind the soldier with the glasses. I was the crew chief of that aircraft if you notice the blacked out visor guard with reflective tape lightning bolts that was done to all my flight helmets until I retired. THANKS FOR THE BLAST FROM THE PAST!

This is the only photo I have of Rhaj. He's the blurry fellow in the foreground. Rhaj was a fine soldier, much better than me, and it was a terrible shame that he was lost.
