This picture was taken for the Olympus Talk Challenge #17 (feet) with an Olympus C-2100UZ camera on September 17, 2003. My family and I love going to renaissance faires dressed up in costumes my wife has made, and we have sometimes been actors in some of the small faires. I decided to make a picture showing off one of the pairs of fancy boots that I have, though I must admit I don't wear this pair as often as the others because they are somewhat uncomfortable. The shot would have been much harder to do with the E-1 than the C-2100UZ, because I mounted the camera on tripod, and had the camera display the LCD preview on the television screen so I could make sure everything was frame properly. I used the RM-1 remote control to fire off the camera and flash.
