At first glance I was wondering why the moon when the theme was heat but on reading your note and seeing it is the smoke from fires I agree this is spot on for this theme.

Amazing image, although is sad to know that this incredible golden colour is due to forest fires. These fires are a true plague in the hottest months of the year. endika

Besides the orange moon, the sun has been really red here too, but I think the smoke here is from someplace in western Canada. I really love the shot for the theme. It makes you think of the heat those fires create.
