I'm thinking that the town of Drain, Oregon, must be just over the horizon. ;~) Tourist bureaus love to use the promotional pitch "land of contrasts." This is it.

The sky looks beautiful. I like the contrast between the blue sky and the dry ground, or river bed. It's like these clouds are coming to the rescue with needed water, if the air isn't to dry to form any rain.
