Cut my finger while slicing serrano ham to put on a pizza last night
I don't have a CLUE how I did it.

You deserved it: putting serrano ham on a pizza!!! tch tch...
Anyway, this is not a good knife to slice serrano, better a slim one, long and with rounded end. Obviously, having a jamonero (I don't know why they call it jamonera here) helps a lot.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamonera
