I've never seen this type of centipede. Looks like it has antennas at both ends.

Ewwwww I hate these too! We used to have them in our apartment in Saint Paul. No more, thank goodness. I looked them up, they are actually good at killing other insects in the house if you can stomach them in your house. They squash easy if you can catch them.

But it is a house centepede, where else would you put it? They're pretty fast and can easily run down prey insects.

they like moisture, silver fish,, the cat ignores them,, I always find them in my sink,,way more than 8 legs, I guess not technically an insect
