Babies are so vulnerable, and always seem to push their limits - there are definitely elements of uncertainty and risk involved in raising any child! So parents do worry, and I hate worrying.

My mother would yell at me for suspending, throwing, etc my kids. I suppose all it takes is one fall and it would not be so fun. brent

We have not sons either daughters, but I know what you mean because I feel like this with my nephew, and friends' babies, let's guess if they were my babies! Marimontse

yep, that is why only a few select people plan for these, gifts, the rest try to think how they are going to provide for them, when the child was not planned..
