Wow, when I look at older people (and am past 50),,I often think this person was of course a little boy at one time, this is perfect exposure for skin tones, and you didn't over sharpen it, the question will be for everyone viewing this,is her expression, neutral,happy, or sad, it is really difficult for me to read her
