River of Gold - Raven15

Just a hundred yards from the parking lot, a swirl of yellow flowers traces a small seasonal stream, if you know how to look at it.

Thanks. Actually, it's not as obvious as it seems when there's no frame around it. I responded subconsciously and took a shot one day as I walked by. I got home and looked and said "hey, a river!" So I went back the next day to try again when I took this. I was never completely happy with what I was able to pull off, I wish I had greater depth of field. But it is sharper than this, it lost some detail in compression.

I did follow it to the top, but it only looks like a stream of flowers from the bottom.

Pulls you right into the picture - I would have a hard time not following that stream to see where it is going :-) Cool shot.

Wow, what a display of flowers! It's like a little river of butter! I love all the bits of purple and orange in there too.

Brilliant sunlight, distilled into flowers, unfolds for our pleasure. How lovely this is!

And it's evident that you know how! This is the invasion of the yellow daisies! Just amazing. endika. endika
