Well it wouldn't matter much what condition the house was in, this would still sell for a very nice price based just on that view. Very nice colours. Beautiful shot!

My father owned a little villa in front of the sea. He used to sit down with a cup of brandy to contemplate the sea for hours, and he used to say that there is nothing comparable to do this. He would buy your house, for sure. What a view! endika

Incredible sunset!! The view alone is worth a million bucks. Oh, to have a deck overlooking that scene.

Good point catman. You'd probably just tear down the house and build a new one though. That's what often happens here.
