This looks like it is a working Mill. Very nice time of day to get the reflections of the lights in the windows. I also like the Christmas wreaths in the windows, it's the only thing that gives away the time of year in this shot. I think that alone sells, it was very cold yesterday and this looks sooo warm and inviting.
