Remembrance of Kerouac, remembrance of vaste open spaces, that evokes freedom in some way, a very good composition Woody, especially the right balance between the landscape and the black frame. endika

It sure leads the eye off into that vast distance beyond the window. What a great shot!

The effect would be quite different if the landscape were less open - say, a hemlock forest or mountain range. Here, we get a sense of freedom and also loneliness. Nothing escapes the gaze of the watcher from overhead (if there is one).

Very neat idea Woody. I love the touch of blue in the conversion. It gives it a nice coolness in contrast to the desert out the window.

Excellent, two framed views in one shot.
The cloud formation hints at a far away summer storm and the mirror view at the vast landscapes in this part of the US.

I like this one. Very good take on the theme.

Simple shot well executed. I like the pip effect of the mirror, showing the open road stretching to infinity, while the main picture is the fabulous vista

Very neat Woody. Through the window and through the mirror its off to grand...
Sorry I just could not help myself.
I'd love to be there now. Are you coming home with some of those big beautiful red butte pictures or the grandeur of the Rockies?
