This is a wonderfully beautiful and peaceful scene. The elements of beauty abound: Interesting water well-done, interesting trees, good rocks, good leaves. Given all of that, I don't know what to look at: The trees are good, the water is good, there's an interesting S-curve, but I wander among these too much. I need to have a decision made for me as to what you're trying to show. Perhaps a lower viewpoint would help? Also, the colors look a bit "off" to me, perhaps too green, but perhaps that's my screen.
