A flurry of activity today. All first floor additions and upgrades to supports have been completed. This includes the addition of a steel beam that has been installed perpendicular to the roof line, which should prevent any kind of sagging that had previously occurred. The temporary braces have been removed and we are now clear to start second floor framing. It was a long and hard day getting all this accomplished. It was also a reset day, full of clean up and reorganization of tools and equipment. All in all, about a 12 hour day.
