The sorting is actually brutal work. You are hunched over while one man 'feeds' the crab to you on the chute. You have to throw out the undersized crab or wrong specie crab. It's very hard on your back being bent over and then trying to push the crab down that aluminum chute. I feel the pain in my back from doing this years later!
