100% crop of previous image. Hair sharpness is no big deal; lots of lenses will do this. Look at the clarity of his eye on this 100% crop.

That often produces severe sharpening artifacts with this lens but works very well with my other very fine lenses and usually produces a film-like look that I prefer, rather than the digital (oversharpened) look that is so common now.
