I was out doing some surf photography when I again noticed thousands of birds feeding on what must be a large school of bait fish. Gradually the birds moved down the coast until they were right in the surfing lineup. The story of the surfers interacting with this frenzied collection of wildlife was a story too good to pass up. I will post a short series of the interaction starting with this shot.
