Rob is arguably the most famous surfer to ride the waves at Seaside. He is a pro surfer who has won Hawaii's Pipeline Masters and the U.S. Open of Surfing. While he no longer competes on the world stage, he is active in the Encinitas Boardriders Club and competes at the local level in the 40-49 age group. He also has his own surfboard company and runs a Foundation that focuses on environmental causes.
