Way up in Resolute Bay, Nunavut, is pretty close to to top of the world. The second most northern community after Grise Fiord, Resolute was my home for a few days and I felt like I was transported to a different world. As you can see the climate is harsh and unforgiving even on this a nice day for that time of year.
